Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum

Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum offers very good value for money. The combination of a convenient location, genuinely friendly and accommodating staff, and an excellent breakfast makes it an easy hotel to recommend. We arrived shortly after 10 p.m. following a long drive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel restaurant was still serving until midnight. We were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and later enjoyed an excellent dinner, which was exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. The positive impression continued the following morning. At checkout, we were given two bottles of water for the journey and a voucher offering 10% off a future stay. These may seem like small gestures, but they make a real difference. Good hospitality is often about the details, and Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum clearly understands that. Overall, a very pleasant stay, excellent value, and a hotel I would happily choose again.

We had a great experience at this hotel during our stay in Brno. In particular, the personnel is terrific - very polite, very helpful. The Sky Lounge is a nice place to stay during the evening if you are not spending the nights in the city. In particular, I'd like to thank all the staff that worked between 23 and 26 of July, 2026.

Around midnight, as I was approaching the city of Brno (Czech Republic) and had already covered about 1,000 km, I decided to make a stopover for the night. I used the Agoda app and booked a room at the Hotel Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum. Arriving at the reception I was greeted with two friendly receptionists, Wilma and Jakub. There was an issue with the reservation (newer make reservation at 5 minutes to midnight 🙂) but the wonderful receptionist handled the situation with great competence. First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks for the immediate identification of the problem, as well as the friendly and professional advice and handling. I wish both of them continued success in future career. Although I had to continue my journey early in the morning, the room comfort and cleanliness are worth mentioning.
