Conrad Rabat Arzana

Had a really great stay at Conrad Rabat Arzana. From the moment we arrived, the frontoffice/service team was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. There is a certain ease to this hotel that is hard to describe, everything feels calm, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed without becoming too formal or distant. What stood out most were the staff members. Everyone was friendly, relaxed, and made us feel truly taken care of. This resort has delivered an exceptional experience. From the rooms to the restaurants, as well as the fitness facilities and pools, everything looked luxurious. A special mention to Abdul, one of the on-site fitness trainers. Really enjoyed the session and hospitality (and definitely felt it the next day). Beautiful ocean and coastline views. It’s about 30 minutes from Rabat but there is little reason to leave the property. Highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing stay around Rabat or Casablanca.

I rarely write reviews before the end of my stay, but the service at Conrad Ariana has been exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Sara for her warm welcome, Ismail for a seamless check-in, and Boutaina at La Brize for her impeccable service and the excellent dining experience. A special mention as well to the gentleman managing the pool and restaurant area (always in the brown suit). His professionalism, attention to detail, and visible leadership elevate the entire guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable. We are still here and already looking forward to returning.

The grounds of the Conrad Rabat Arzana hotel is very beautiful. The room we stayed in for our Anniversary was massive. They had flowers laid out, a bubble bath made up, and lots of dessert set out. Truly upper class treatment for Guests. The front desk when you enter is as great as you will ever encounter. They always smiled and it was easy to tell how genuine they were for choice to stay at their property. The property is 25 minutes out from the center of Rabat so that might be a problem for some. The only downside was the service at their main restaurant, La Brise. Our first night stay we decided to eat there and though the food when we finally received was delicious, the service was far below what you would expect for a restaurant of that caliber and at that price point. I’m sure the mgmt there will get on top of what ever happened at La Brise as it was evident to see just how much they are engaging with their staff and reminding them that the best hospitality experience for their guests must be second to no one. I do look forward to visiting again and giving them another opportunity.
