Fantastic. Clean, great room size for 2 singles, tasty and nutritious breakfast. Seems like the laundry room is tough for comfort inns in general. Lively and modern space.
Open review on GoogleBreakfast was a bit cold. Location is considered near JR station. The north exit side is very quiet compared to the south. Most shops are in the south exit so you would need to either walk through a quiet path next to a tunnel or route back to the JR station to reach the area with eateries.

Perfectly comfortable, clean & convenient budget hotel a few minutes walk from the North-Shinkansen side of Kokura station. Self check-in using the multilingual machine, tea and welcome drink service when you arrive as well as lobby level working area. Comfortable beds, only turn on fridge and take pajamas & amenities if you need to - no excessive waste or fuss. Recycling bin separate is uniquely good. Ugly heavy industry at Kokura port area out the window, but quiet even with construction and road traffic nearby. Decent sized double bed.
