Centro Waha by Rotana

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for the past year, and I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the consistent and incredible service I have received. I am particularly grateful to Abdul Motaleb and Faisal, who I am always happy to see when I enter the hotel. They are genuinely nice, very welcoming, receptive to any requests and willing to help. Shajahan from housekeeping is attentive, always smiling and in a good mood. In Distrikt café Bisnu and Musa always go extra mile to make dining experience relaxing and enjoyable. For breakfast service Nestor is a very hard working employee, attentive to details. ​While these individuals truly stand out, there are so many other employees doing a fantastic job; unfortunately I don't know all their names but my apreciation goes to each and one of them. It's always a pleasure to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Centro Waha Hotel and truly enjoyed my experience during the few nights I spent there. The service was excellent, and I would like to take a moment to thank the amazing staff who made my stay so pleasant. A special thank you to the recipients and the restaurant team: Amjad, Saeed, Nestor, Musa, Vinod, and Robel, as well as the housekeeping and support team: Kreshna and Motaleb and his teammates .Last but not least, many thanks to Mohammed from the gym. Every one of them was extremely polite, kind, helpful, and professional. It was clear that they genuinely care about guest satisfaction and take pride in maintaining and elevating the hotel's reputation. However, there is one thing I didn't particularly enjoy, the music playing continuously throughout the hotel. I found it a little uncomfortable, specially within the restaurant and some alleys, but overall everything is wonderful. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and for making my stay a memorable one. I highly recommend Centro Waha Hotel, especially because of the great team and their excellent service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hospitality and a wonderful stay at Hotel Centro! The hotel has a great ambiance, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A special thanks to Nestor and Saeed for their amazing service. They were extremely kind, friendly, and always made sure the guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Overall, a fantastic experience with lovely staff and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!
