We have stayed at Centro Rotana Hotel Al Barsha many times because we genuinely like the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet, and the location is very convenient for our workplace, which is why we keep choosing to come back. However, I feel disappointed with our experience during our last two nights' stay. Unfortunately, there always seems to be some issue with the service whenever we check in. While I appreciate that the staff offered compensation and tried to address the situation, we were never after freebies or any special treatment. What we truly value is consistent and quality service. Not all, but I hope 1 of your receptionist should be smile, not like we already feel bad and her face showing inappropriate manners. The rest are very welcoming and accommodating receptionist. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and uses it as an opportunity to improve. This hotel has great potential, and we sincerely hope future guests—and loyal returning guests like us—can enjoy a much better experience. We share this review not out of anger, but out of hope that the service will improve and match the comfort and quality that keep bringing us back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive from check-in to check-out. They always greeted me with a smile, responded quickly to every request, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their excellent service, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. During my stay at the hotel , I had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional level of service from the Housekeeping Department, especially from the manager Manish and the S.V Rehan and virender also the team members , Lusantha, and Lesson Their professionalism, respect, and dedication truly reflect what 5‑star hospitality should look like. From the very first day, Manager Manish demonstrated outstanding leadership. He is highly cooperative, attentive, and extremely quick in taking action whenever needed. Any request or concern is handled immediately, with genuine care and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. His presence alone brings confidence and comfort to every guest. The rest of the team — Rehan,Virender, Lusantha, and Lesson — are impressive. They are polite, well‑mannered, and consistently deliver their work with a positive attitude. Their attention to detail in room cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation is remarkable. Every interaction with them has been warm, respectful, and truly professional. What stood out the most during my stay: Exceptional professionalism in every task they handle Fast response to any request, no matter how small High‑quality cleanliness and attention to detail Respectful and friendly communication with guests Strong teamwork that reflects excellent management Honestly, this team made my stay far more comfortable and enjoyable than I expected.
