Lots of good eating/drinking places over there along Japan Street. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Did a facial at the hotel spa which was great but unfortunately there wasn’t enough time to do a massage. Almost every staff I spoke to over there speaks decent English so communication is not a problem.
I was surprised with my experience here as I’d thought that the hotel is 5 stars. However, with service and other factors, it’s worth as a 2- 3 star hotel. Location is great and easy to walk around the city. Front desk staffs were not friendly and caring. Super unprofessional. Ne…

I was surprised with my experience here as I’d thought that the hotel is 5 stars. However, with service and other factors, it’s worth as a 2- 3 star hotel. Location is great and easy to walk around the city. Front desk staffs were not friendly and caring. Super unprofessional. Need to train their staffs at front desk with better communication and customer service. Room was okay generally. The closet was super stinky (smell like people without shower and deodorant). Towels in room were super old and ripped off the edge. With that price range, I will never stay here again!

Had a very pleasant stay at Caravelle Hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was consistently professional. I especially enjoyed the spa on the 7th floor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience very comfortable. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Highly recommended.
