We stayed here for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. We were looked after especially by Chynara who was very sweet and attentive especially to my young daughter. The hotel itself is quite far from everything minus the dentists and there isn’t much to do in that area, you’ll find much more things to enjoy which are an hour away from where this hotel is located. Nonetheless, the rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. Please note that if your booking excursions with the hotel, its cash only - should you need to pay via card, they uplift the price which isn’t noted on the brochures. Due to its location not sure if I’ll be back per se but would definitely recommend it to anyone needing to be within this exact area.

Me and my sister came for a holiday, and as we entered the hotel we were approached by Furkan, who was absolutely wonderful, amazing customer service and his kindness and jokes made us feel welcome and comfortable with him instantly. Breakfast was also beautiful along with the pool. Everyone serving in this hotel was accommodating and was always positive with requests but a big recognition to Furkan I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, rooms were also very comfortable.

The hotel was aesthetically appealing from the point of entry and clean. The room my daughter and I shared was a double room with two queen size beds, a kitchenette and washing machine. The breakfast buffet was superb. There was a great mediterranean selection mixed with continental/British options. Lots of salads, vegetables, eggs, meats, fresh fruits and the bread selection was lovely. The dinner menu was okay but a bit pricey if I'm honest. The staff were attentive. I would like to highlight three staff members by name: Ginar Misafir Lliskileri Gõrevlisi, Merve Dauuh, both of whom work in the restaurant area and Chynara, who is the guest relations agent. I don't have the name of the restaurant manager, who is a middle aged man, but he was very friendly and attentive. So I want to highlight his service, as he contributed to making me feel very welcomed in the restaurant area thus enhancing my enjoyment. There are a few decent restaurants close to the hotel that are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend staying at the Burgu Arjaan Hotel. I would certainly return there without hesitation.
