A wonderful experience once again! This was a repeated visit, and the hotel continues to impress with its comfortable rooms, excellent service, and warm hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Jega at the front office for his outstanding assistance and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect place for families to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
This review is for the Captains Bar. We just passed by for a drink. Considering there are very few places to get a drink in Sur but this is worth the trip. Clean and nicely adorned with a maritime theme, its has a good vibe. Excellent service from the staff Amit and Mr Ali. There…

This review is for the Captains Bar. We just passed by for a drink. Considering there are very few places to get a drink in Sur but this is worth the trip. Clean and nicely adorned with a maritime theme, its has a good vibe. Excellent service from the staff Amit and Mr Ali. There is plenty of place to sit make it definitely worth a stop. Prices are very reasonable and include some small bar snacks.
You have respect from the staff. Maintenance was done and was very loud drilling sound which ruined our sleep. After complaining, the receptionist said we don’t know why it is happening and they stop for one hour and start agin. When complaining again the receptionist started jok…

After complaining, the receptionist said we don’t know why it is happening and they stop for one hour and start agin. When complaining again the receptionist started joking and laughing with us. The breakfast is the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel.
