A very hit and miss hotel. Nice lobby and good reception staff in person. However they turned off air conditioning for the entire hotel when we checked to see if ours was working and said they couldn’t do anything because it was cold a few days earlier. That didn’t make sense. That’s terrible because the rooms were extremely hot and there was no way to keep the window open. Add in the noise of traffic and planes from the nearby airport. This is the worst thing from our trip because the air conditioning control unit actually had a lot of good options for setting climate and fan. For the price this is not a good look where you do not care about the comfort of guests Second the rooms were okay and very clean but the pillows terrible. Lumpy and soft but very big or hard and flat. Pilllows need to be better The positive is that the sauna attached to the mini gym is excellent. With plenty of space for two people, a dual shower and lounge benches. However there should be a sign outside to make obvious the etiquette as people occasionally kept opening the door to check what was inside. The gym should also be moved into a larger space as 3 machines I’m not sure even makes a mini gym and perhaps turn this area into a relaxation room with an aquarium, soft lighting and comfy seating. Ultimately there was a lot of nearly perfect things that could make this hotel much better.i get trying to save money and be more eco so perhaps lock the climate control to a maximum temp to save money or ensure that rooms are still a comfortable temp for sleeping. We were not even offered fans Positive is the staff did approve a later checkout I would stay here again but only if the air conditioning is addressed.

First room we could hear neighbors like they are in your room, kids running in hallways and second room we hear people go in and out of rooms all night and early morning housekeeping banging around and talking very very loud Room was nice, but pillows very uncomfortable and the mattress so springy that any movement me or my partner did would wake up the other. We left and changed hotels. The reciptionists was very nice and friendly. Woman with long brown hair. Bless you
Thank you for a restful stay. Rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, parking was easy as we had a large van, evening restaurant was excellent and also an excellent choice for breakfast with gluten free options. Thank you
