But the best is the restaurant!! 1 hour 50 minutes and we were still waiting for food. With a child waiting to eat till 21:52 as I write this review I wonder if this is really good business sense to run understaffed hotel premises and kitchens ? We came on time. No one came to even set up the table. I had to go and collect the menu myself and now even after we ordered within 30 minutes of occupying the table we still do not have the food while those who came after me were served! I wonder what is the issue! Well done Best Western! You made us feel really welcomed. And the salmon pave teriyaki came with pieces of salmon and prawns in a sauce that tasted nothing like teriyaki and super salty!! The team wanted to make up by offering the meal but this experience is very daunting for a family wanting to have some nice time during their vacation. ————- Added after reading hotel response. 1. Yes we did not go to reception to ask for a room change because you were again understaffed. The lady at the check in was unable to manage the guests checking in, she was starting to get impatient and we had no courage to go back and ask for a change in room after 7 hours of drive from Switzerland 2. No one is staying in hotels such as yours for free food. We stay for service, kindness and understanding. Throughout the evening for whatever the reason your kitchen service broke, you were impatient, the servers were stressed, they kept avoiding eye contact with us who were waiting and never made us feel you cared. You should have come repeatedly to our tables and explained what happened, give us realistic wait time or options, people who came later were served earlier than us. May be there was a strange kitchen issue that impacted our table only!! If you wish send me the bank details I will happily send you the meal bill if that is how you measure hospitality in a 4 star hotel.
Nice, well-run hotel with helpful staff. One small drawback in the 37°C heat: hydration. Only one water bottle per room, and at breakfast you get a single small glass with no extras — you have to keep refilling one glass yourself. They should provide more water and glasses given the climate."

We stayed here two nights and got a room in the extension part of the building. The room was large, had a big window and a comfortable bed. Really happy with the secure parking - it always got full in the evening but we always managed to park the car. The only negative comment I have is that the pool area could be better. The pool wasn’t very clean and some of the chairs were broken.
