We were rebooked to Berber Palace because another hotel had a mistake with their bookings. We were very nicely received at Berber Palace and especially by the owner himself. Good location, good parking etc. Good food in the restaurant. Many thanks for making our visit so successful!

Myself and my partner arrived late on the day we arrived. They brought tea to room and gave us a choice of multiple rooms. Yusef was an absolute gentleman throughout are stay. Upon leaving he offered us back at anytime for tea or too use the pool as we staying in the area for a prolonged time. It was girlfriend’s birthday a couple days later and I couldn’t find a birthday card. I popped into Berber palace and Yusef done his best to help me find a solution. He brought me out paper pens and pencils and helped me make a card. Thank you yusef from johnny and mercy. Hope to see you again soon
