There was a mix up at check-in and it took us 25 minutes at the front desk (not in line, at the desk) to get a room. We were promised a voucher for food and beverage for our trouble. I checked again with the desk the next morning to make sure this voucher was on our account (was told it would not appear on our account statement available on the TV, but would be handled after we checked out). Checked again on the voucher at checkout and was told the voucher would be applied within 10 days. Well, guess what? After 10 days no voucher applied and a call back to the hotel was no help. Watch out for this bait and switch! You have to walk through the casino to get to the elevator for the main tower. That takes you through a room full of cigarette smoke and there is no way around that. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The views are great, as is the location. Given our overall experience, though, I would not make this my first, second, or third choice for a place to stay on the strip.

There is so much to see and experience, and it made our family getaway very memorable. The resort is beautiful, the surroundings are amazing, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We loved being able to relax, explore, and make great family memories together. We would definitely love to come back again! Great Hotel the amazing art that the display in their hotel is breathtaking and talented.

Many restaurants and cafes inside the hotel, though cafes tend to be busy all the time. If you want quiet room avoid the one looking to the fountains. Everything is nice though if you want less crowds this is not the place as the hotel is busy 24/7 and always many guest, visitors around in the hotel lobby, cafes, shops, casino.

The air-conditioned establishment comprises 3933 rooms with central heating, a living room and a bathroom. The carpeted rooms hold a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed, and extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar, a desk, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard, with an ironing set on request. Internet access, a telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, an alarm clock and WiFi are in place. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a bathtub and a hot tub, along with a hairdryer and bathrobes. Wheelchair-accessible rooms and bathrooms are bookable, and both smoking and non-smoking rooms are offered.
Food and drink
A restaurant, a dining area, a cafe and a bar cover the meals, and the poolside bar serves refreshing drinks. Dinner can be booked and snacks are served, with room service on call.
Facilities
A pool and an outdoor pool sit beside a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a hot tub. Golf is played on site and divers are catered for. Yoga is on offer, with a gym for a fee.
