The hotel is very well located and we had a great view on the church from our room. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. Everyone was polite. Even if the hotel is directly in the centre, it was quiet in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and we would recommend to stay here, if you want to be located in the center. We encountered two problems. It wasn't possible to close the curtains in our attic room and the light is coming straight into the face. But according to the photos the other rooms have a solution. The reception wasn't able to solve the situation, fortunately I could solve it on my own, therefore it wasn't a problem. I also had to ask for changing the bulbs in bedsidelamps, which was done immediately. However, I would expect that the hotel of this level is taking better care of this (or that the previous guests inform the hotel of this problem), so that I don't have to deal with these things in the night. Another problem was that there was no hot water in the mornings, but in the evening it was working fine.
Charming old hotel, excellent location close to main square. Welcoming staff, great breakfast. The only minus was air conditioning, it was very hot outside and ac barely cooled the room, fortunately windows could be opened once the temperature cooled outside.
