Our stay so far has been fantastic at this hotel! Despite being a 3 star, it is modern, elegant and stands out for its attention to detail. We would like to give a special thanks to Sushmita from housekeeping; she is extremely attentive to all of our cleaning requests, always polite and friendly and accommodating, and never becomes impatient when we discuss all our needs with her - this is the sort of service we expect from a 5 star and we are pleasantly surprised to find it here, too! Also thanks to the housekeeping supervisors and also Yuvraj from housekeeping, for being incredibly respectful and attentive to our rooms and needs. We are very happy with the service here.

Had a really great stay at Arabian Park Hotel. The hotel has been welcoming, clean and comfortable, and all of the staff have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention has to go to Faith, who has been absolutely brilliant. She’s gone out of her way to help whenever I’ve needed anything and has always been friendly, professional and welcoming. She’s a real credit to the hotel. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the service from everyone here and would definitely recommend Arabian Park Hotel to anyone staying in Dubai. Thank you to Faith and the whole team for making my stay such a good one.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was an excellent variety of delicious dishes including the middle eastern ones, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and replenished regularly. The quality and selection of the buffet meals were truly impressive and made our dining experience enjoyable. Hotel offered complimentary pick up and drop service to Kite beach and Dubai mall Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding buffet meal options.
