We booked Aqua Princess because of its high rating, but unfortunately our experience was very different. The photos are quite deceiving compared to what we received. The location is exceptional - beautiful views, easy beach access and a short walk into town. So if that is what you’re looking for, go for it! The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, very basic and not particularly clean. We booked a sea-view room but were initially given a room overlooking the breakfast roof with just one door and no window. We were moved after complaining, and the second room at least had a good view. There was also no kettle or coffee/tea despite these being shown in the photos. If you check the description, it’s not actually listed - which I find ridiculous. What hotel in 2026 does not offer this? Housekeeping was poor, with our room sometimes still not cleaned by 15:00 despite the sign being on the door the whole day we were out. Breakfast is average, and I found some of the staff quite rude and arrogant, although this may partly be a language barrier. Overall, the location and views are fantastic, but for the price and high rating, I expected much more.

They give you towels and can bring you something to drink or eat while you enjoy the day. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. I recomend it!
We’ve just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this hotel. Superb location with wonderful views. Staff here are exceptional, a special mention toVeli . Always a smile, full of fun & energy to be admired. His English was also good. Thank you Veli for looking after us.This is a very welcoming hotel but beware of so many steps.
