We stayed at the hotel in February, 2026. The concept of the hotel itself is outstanding. In our opinion, it is the best hotel in Courchevel. Even though the hotel was fully booked, there was never a feeling of crowds. The atmosphere remained intimate, private, and serene at all times. The soundproofing deserves special recognition. We were accommodated in a room opposite the lift, and based on previous experiences in other hotels, this is usually quite noisy and uncomfortable. Here, however, we experienced almost complete silence. Only once did we briefly hear a child in the corridor — otherwise, the room was perfectly quiet. The level of acoustic insulation is exceptional. We were also impressed by how thoughtfully everything is designed. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a remarkable detail — something we have not encountered elsewhere in Courchevel. At this altitude, it makes a significant difference, and without it the stay would have been much less comfortable. The design of the hotel is elegant and refined, and the overall atmosphere is calm, dignified, and beautiful. What truly makes the experience extraordinary, however, is the people. Every single team member — from the restaurant staff to the ski room attendants and spa team — was warm, professional, and perfectly aligned with the hotel’s understated luxury. A special mention must go to the concierge team. They made our stay genuinely unforgettable. They secured restaurant reservations, including venues that are notoriously difficult to book, handled every request with efficiency and grace, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. When our son had a minor health issue, a doctor was arranged and arrived within approximately 30 minutes. The level of care and personal attention was remarkable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we consistently felt as though we were the only and most important guests. We greatly appreciated the early check-in, which was kindly arranged for us. The half-board concept is also exceptional — not a nominal arrangement, but a truly premium dining experience in some of the best restaurants in Courchevel. The in-house restaurant, Nama, was excellent as well. Breakfast deserves particular praise. Without exaggeration, these are the best breakfasts in Courchevel — exceptionally delicious, varied, and healthy. The selection is extensive, the quality is outstanding, and the team is happy to prepare dishes even if they are not on the menu. The included minibar is another thoughtful touch that enhances the overall experience. Housekeeping was flawless — the cleanest rooms we have ever experienced. The bathroom and bathtub were maintained to an impeccable standard. Even on the day of departure, the room was serviced, which is rare and greatly appreciated. The nightly gifts were another delightful detail. Each evening we returned to find a beautifully curated gift — not generic souvenirs, but high-quality, useful, and thoughtfully selected items. The spa is, without doubt, one of the best in Courchevel. Despite the hotel operating at full capacity, the spa area never felt crowded. The sauna is spacious and beautifully designed, the hammam is generous, and the Japanese sauna is a unique highlight. The pool area is elegant and serene. The location is ideal — directly on the Bellecôte slope, just moments from 1850. Our room overlooking the piste offered stunning views. Above all, what stands out is the personal approach. The team remembers your name, greets you warmly, and responds to every request with genuine care. The concierge team, in particular, approached all our needs with sincerity and attention. Overall, it was an exceptional experience in every respect — refined, calm, and flawlessly executed.

Food poisoning, sewage smell in bathroom and mediocre service. Had a 6 night holiday end of Feb 2026 and there were 4 in our party. When we first checkedin, on first impressions I was already mildly disappointed. Unimpressive hotel lobby which just looked like your average minimalist Niseko 4 star hotel. The spa facilities were very basic, tiny sauna with no view. Pretty dead vibes compared to Les Airelles or Cheval Blanc. We were given an upgrade to be fair, however the toilet stank of a sewage smell and we highlighted it to the concierge on day 2 and they sent a technician up, it wasn't fixed and on day 4 they changed our room after admitted the shower was leaking and the wood was rotten in the baseboards. However the best was yet to come. On Day 3, we ordered room service separately to 2 rooms in our party, and both of the husbands got violently ill. Audio and heartrate data from Whoop showed 41 vomiting incidents from one of the men, and both were vomiting from 2-8am until a doctor arrived and administered an injection. The hotel manager did not even bother to call or visit in the first day, and the next day she told me that it was because she did not want to disturb us. I asked her why she didn't even give a courtesy Whatsapp, she claimed not to have my mobile phone number which is clearly ludicrous as all this info was given to Concierge desk and they had been messaging me throughout the entire trip. I also took her to task for the tone of her email message she sent, and she said it was because English was not her first language. What? This is the first time a hotel manager from a 5 star+ hotel has used this excuse. I cannot imagine this being a response from Badrutts Palace or any self-respecting German or Swiss hotel manager. The source of the food poisoning could only be due to their restaurants, as for the preceding 2 days we had breakfast, lunch and dinner all at their hotels. Furthermore, both men ordered similar items from room service - burger and sandwich, while the wives were unaffected as they ordered asian food and noodles. In the end they offered us a mediocre 1 night reimbursement out of 6 nights - which was 3,000 euros. At this pricing, this sort of clinical and mediocre service recovery is an absolute joke. There is so much more to write about - the sushi we had on the first night was not fresh and was sent back to kitchen, they offered us the opportunity to "upgrade to real wasabi root" which was a joke at that price point not to be offered authentic wasabi in the first place. The location on the ski piste was not as convenient as Les Airelles or Cheval Blanc. Never again.
Went there on a special occasion and received exceptional care from the hotel. By the way, I loved their half-board service 🤌🏻many selections to choose from love itttt!
