Simply - wow! Our first time in Austria and we couldn't have been taken to a better hotel by family who'd been before. From arrival to departure we couldn't have had a more amazing experience. Hotel and facilities- amazing! Rooms - superb! Staff - incredible! Food - excellent ! It's difficult to pick staff out from the fantastic team at the hotel - however, Charly as our waiter is the consumate professional.His skills, attitude, attention to detail and all round caring service is exemplary. Michael and Jesper in the bar - simply brilliant All reception staff - awesome Breakfast room staff - incredible, caring with nothing being too much trouble Cleaning staff - especially the lady cleaning our 3rd floor room - so attentive and just brilliant at their job. Owner - Jakob- you have an absolutely amazing hotel and your personal ethos and standards shine through everything. Thank you all for making us so welcome and ensuring we had THE best time. We have just returned from the most wonderful two weeks holiday at this perfect hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful and customer focussed. Nothing too much trouble. The food was superb and service at all services was excellent. The location was ideal and the bonus of the Joker and Mobility pass amazing. We appreciated Jakob was often around the hotel and always greeted everyone. We look forward to returning to this special place.

It was our first time in Austria and it was absolutely amazing. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you, they are very friendly and happy to help. Everything was very clean and tidy, there wasn't a single thing out of place. The location of this hotel is amazing, its in a lovely area with a few shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Our room was very spacious and modern and we had an absolutely stunning view from our balcony. The joker card they provide is amazing, we used it pretty much every day, especially on the buses and the cable cars. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
