Al Manakha Rotana Madinah

Rotana is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. Everyone here truly wants to make sure you are happy and comfortable during your stay. What I really appreciated is how attentive the staff are someone checks on you throughout your stay and even randomly asks if you need anything. Any time I called with a request, whether it was to change the bed setup or fix something in the room, they responded immediately with no long wait. The service is fast and reliable. All the staff are amazing, from reception to room service and dining. Everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Perves in dining he was especially great and made our experience even better. Highly recommend staying

The rooms are quite good but the washroom in my room was very small barely any space left to change clothes without getting them wet or dirty. The breakfast experience was average as there was not alot of food choices and some of the foods like donuts and falafel were not fresh. Also i think having a separate omelette station would be good because the omelettes were taking too long. The service was very good Mr Ajmal and Mr naeem were great. But the over all services and the staff members are Excellent and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay in Rotana Madinah. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was excellent—very close to Masjid an-Nabawi, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was amazing. I especially want to mention the waiters, who were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to Ajmal, who was such a kind and helpful person. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
