This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, the experience was outstanding. We chose to come back because of the excellent service we received on our previous visit, and we were not disappointed. A very special thank you to Head Concierge Douglas Menezes. He remembered us and once again went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He kindly arranged another complimentary room upgrade with a fantastic sea view, and throughout our stay he was always attentive, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. His exceptional hospitality is one of the main reasons we returned. All of the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find such consistent service, and we truly appreciate the effort of the entire team. We had another wonderful stay and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing hotel in one of the best locations in Dubai. Address Beach Resort JBR has everything you could want from a luxury stay — beautiful rooms, excellent facilities and genuinely attentive service throughout. The balcony views are absolutely stunning, especially with the Dubai skyline, sea and JBR surroundings creating an incredible backdrop. It’s the kind of view you never get tired of waking up to. The location is a huge part of what makes this hotel so special. JBR is such a vibrant area, with fantastic walks along the beachfront, plenty of restaurants and cafés, and a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. There’s always something going on, yet the hotel itself still feels luxurious and relaxing. The pool areas and beach access are excellent, and the whole property has a modern, high-end feel. Staff were welcoming and attentive and really added to the experience. A brilliant combination of luxury, views, beach and location. One of our favourite places to stay in Dubai and somewhere we would happily return to.
