Strapped to an instructor, you jump from a plane and freefall above an artificial palm-shaped island. The parachute then opens, and the island, the sea and the city skyline come with a calm landing. For someone trying it once, it is an intensely high adrenaline experience.

The record lists a minimum age of 18, a total of 4 hours and a high effort level. The jump itself is short; the rest of the time covers check-in, preparation and gear. Health and weight conditions are reviewed separately. The jump may be postponed if the weather is unsuitable.
