You ski or sledge on a snowy slope built inside a shopping mall in the middle of the desert. While a hot day goes on outside, inside you find real snow, sloped hills and pine-tree décor. That contrast is the real draw.

The recorded length is 4 hours, the minimum age is 3, and it asks for medium effort. Clothing and gear are often provided on site, though gloves and thick socks add comfort. Part of the slope is set aside for beginners; spend the first half hour slowly to get used to the snow.
