Dubai Dolphinarium is an indoor show venue at Gate 1 of Creek Park, on the Bur Dubai side of the city. Bottlenose dolphins and fur seals take the stage here. Our ticket page says the show ticket gives access to both the dolphin and seal show and the bird shows. Swimming with and feeding the dolphins cost extra. The venue is closed on Tuesdays and open from 10:00 to 20:00 on other days. Visit Dubai puts the dolphin and seal show at 45 minutes and the bird show at 30 minutes. For families with young children, it is an easy plan that wraps up in a few hours. Online booking for the show is not open on our site right now (see the note below).

What happens at the show

According to Visit Dubai, the stars of the show are bottlenose dolphins and fur seals. They dance, play ball, jump through hoops and paint. Evening shows add illusions and water acrobatics. The Dolphinarium's official site presents its dolphin and seal show as the first and only one in the United Arab Emirates. Our ticket page calls the venue the Middle East's first indoor dolphin show centre.

The official tourism guide says separate experiences are on offer too, such as swimming with the dolphins or becoming a trainer for a day. At feeding time you can help feed the dolphins. The Dolphinarium's official site also presents a separate programme for first-time visitors and small children who want to meet the dolphins without getting wet. In it, trainers explain dolphin behaviour, communication and care. These programmes are not included in the show ticket, so check what is covered before you buy.

Show times

The shows do not run all day; they take place in set sessions. According to the schedule published on the Dolphinarium's official site on 30 September 2026, the dolphin and seal show runs at 14:00 and 18:00 and the exotic bird show at 15:15 and 19:15, every day except Tuesday. Session times can change from season to season, so confirm them on the official site before you go. Plan your journey around your chosen session, not the venue's opening time.

What the ticket includes

  • Included: Dubai Dolphinarium show ticket, with access to the dolphin and bird shows.
  • Not included: Creek Park entry fee, food and drink, transfers.
  • Extra cost: swimming with dolphins, feeding and photo activities.

Visit Dubai says a ticket to any show at the venue is all you need to enter the Dolphinarium. The official guide adds that, besides the shows, the venue has a trampoline room, a mirror maze and a 5D and 7D cinema showing ten different films. It is also set up for school groups and birthday parties.

Good to know before you go

The bird and parrot show

The Dolphinarium's arena also hosts a separate bird show, the Creek Park Exotic Bird Show. Visit Dubai says 20 species from around the world take part, including cockatoos from Australia and macaws from South America. Our experience page for the bird show highlights acrobatic macaw flights, playful cockatoos and parrots showing off their mimicry. The trainers also talk about the birds' life in the wild and conservation work.

According to the official guide, bird lovers can have photos taken with eagles and hawks or join a Feed The Birds session. Visit Dubai says the swim with dolphins experience lasts 20 minutes. These activities are not included in the ticket. The bird show itself is covered by the show ticket.

Getting there

Visit Dubai says you can reach the Dolphinarium by car or taxi. It is a short distance from Healthcare City and the Ancient Egypt-themed WAFI mall, and a 5-minute drive from Dubai Healthcare City metro station. Parking at Gate 1 is free for Dolphinarium visitors, but spaces fill on a first-come basis.

If you prefer the metro, the official guide suggests this route. Take the Red Line to Burjuman, change to the Green Line and get off at Dubai Healthcare City. From the station it is a 15-minute walk to the park's main entrance.

About Creek Park

According to Visit Dubai, Creek Park stretches along the shore of Dubai Creek and is the city's second-largest park. It has botanical gardens, children's play areas, mini golf and go-karts. Children's City, an indoor educational entertainment centre, is in the same park. You can rent bikes, and there are free barbecue areas.

  • Park entry: Paid with a Nol card. Children under two and visitors with disabilities enter free.
  • Park hours: Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 to 22:00, Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 23:00. The official guide suggests early morning to avoid crowds and find parking closest to the entrance.

In a Dubai plan with children

The show takes a few hours, so it is easy to add another plan for the rest of the day. As another indoor option, Dubai Aquarium in Dubai Mall can be added.

Dubai Safari Park is another family plan with an open booking. You walk through African and Asian villages and watch animals in areas arranged close to their natural settings. Our experience page gives the opening hours as 9:00 to 17:00 every day, with last entry at 15:30. Children under 3 enter free.
